Day 1 Seminyak - Gilimanuk - Kalibaru | Approx. 210km | 30% Off-Road
Our adventure begins early at 5:00 AM as we leave Bali and ride west towards Gilimanuk, the island’s gateway to Java. By setting off before the morning rush, we avoid the busiest traffic on the Denpasar–Gilimanuk route and enjoy a smoother ride through Bali’s changing landscapes. After crossing the Bali Strait by ferry, we arrive in East Java and continue through Banyuwangi before leaving the main roads behind. From here, the real adventure begins as we follow a combination of dirt tracks, secondary roads, and quieter routes through the countryside. By lunchtime, we will be close to our accommodation in Kalibaru, ready to relax and prepare for the exciting days of off-road riding ahead.

Day 2 Kalibaru - Jember - Tumpak Sewu Waterfall | Approx. 190 km | 50% Off-Road
After breakfast, we leave Kalibaru at 8:00 AM and ride towards the southeast coast of Java. Today’s route combines scenic roads, dirt tracks, and quieter secondary roads as we travel through remote countryside and beautiful coastal landscapes. By the end of the day, we arrive near Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, one of East Java’s most spectacular natural wonders, where we will spend the night before continuing our adventure.
After breakfast, we leave Kalibaru at 8:00 AM and ride towards the southeast coast of Java. Today’s route combines scenic roads, dirt tracks, and quieter secondary roads as we travel through remote countryside and beautiful coastal landscapes. By the end of the day, we arrive near Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, one of East Java’s most spectacular natural wonders, where we will spend the night before continuing our adventure.
Day 3 Tumpak Sewu Waterfall - Bromo | Approx. 110km | 60% Off-Road
After breakfast, we depart at around 8:00 AM to explore the spectacular Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, one of East Java’s most breathtaking natural wonders. From there, we continue towards Mount Bromo, approaching the volcano through the Malang region. The adventure reaches its highlight as we ride across the vast volcanic Sea of Sand, navigating the dramatic landscape of the Bromo crater before arriving at our accommodation on the opposite side of the volcano.
After breakfast, we depart at around 8:00 AM to explore the spectacular Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, one of East Java’s most breathtaking natural wonders. From there, we continue towards Mount Bromo, approaching the volcano through the Malang region. The adventure reaches its highlight as we ride across the vast volcanic Sea of Sand, navigating the dramatic landscape of the Bromo crater before arriving at our accommodation on the opposite side of the volcano.
Day 4 Bromo - Madakaripura Waterfall - Jember | Approx 153km | 50% Off-Road
We start the day early at 5:30 AM to witness the spectacular sunrise over Mount Bromo. After enjoying the breathtaking views, we return to the hotel for breakfast before continuing to Madakaripura Waterfall, one of East Java’s most impressive natural wonders. From the waterfall, we leave the main roads behind and ride through scenic mountain tracks towards Jember. The final section of the journey follows paved roads as we make our way into the city.

Day 5 Jember - Sukamade | Approx. 120km | 70% Off-Road
We depart Jember at around 8:30 AM, beginning the day on paved roads before turning onto remote dirt tracks leading deep into Meru Betiri National Park. Today is the most technical and adventurous off-road stage of the journey. Ride through rivers, dense jungle, and along remote beaches as we explore one of East Java’s wildest and most untouched landscapes. As evening approaches, we take a short 15-minute walk to Sukamade Beach, a remote coastline famous as a nesting ground for sea turtles. The beach provides a rare opportunity to witness one of nature’s most incredible spectacles as sea turtles return to the shore to lay their eggs.

After breakfast, we depart Sukamade at around 8:30 AM and ride back through the remote tracks of Meru Betiri National Park. Once we leave the park, we continue towards the beautiful Pulau Merah Beach, where we stop for lunch and enjoy the coastal scenery. In the afternoon, the adventure continues towards Banyuwangi, riding through lush coffee plantations and peaceful teak forests before arriving near Mount Ijen.
After breakfast, we depart Sukamade at around 8:30 AM and ride back through the remote tracks of Meru Betiri National Park. Once we leave the park, we continue towards the beautiful Pulau Merah Beach, where we stop for lunch and enjoy the coastal scenery. In the afternoon, the adventure continues towards Banyuwangi, riding through lush coffee plantations and peaceful teak forests before arriving near Mount Ijen.
Day 7 Ijen - Ketapang - Gilimanuk - Lovina | Approx. 154km | 100% Asphalt
Our day begins at around 3:00 AM with an early-morning trek to experience the incredible Blue Fire of Mount Ijen. This rare natural phenomenon can only be witnessed in the darkness before sunrise, when electric-blue flames emerge from cracks inside the volcano. The trek takes approximately 4–5 hours, and access is subject to safety conditions and volcanic gas emissions. After returning to the hotel for breakfast and collecting our luggage, we ride to the harbour and take the ferry back to Bali. In the afternoon, we continue to Banjar Hot Springs, where we can relax and unwind in the warm natural pools before spending the night near Lovina.

From there, we continue towards Seminyak, marking the end of our unforgettable Bali and East Java motorcycle adventure.
