For this purpose we adjusted our refund policy for Motorcycle Rental and guided Tours.

• Should you wish to cancel or postpone your trip (for whatever reason) our terms provide a 100% refund up to 60 days before departure.

 

• For those who book last minute or want to cancel or rebook after less than 60 days, you will receive a credit in the amount of your deposit, which is currently valid for 2 years. (can be extented depend of Covid situation) With this credit we guarantee that you will receive your booked service at the same price.

 

• In case there are travel restrictions in force at the given destination that do not make it possible to travel at the time of the trip, you will be refunded the whole payment.

 

• We currently working on a travel cancellation insurance which offers you financial protection if you cannot start your trip due to fear, a possible illness (whether COVID or otherwise) or an accident. The cancellation insurance we recommend will cover all of your costs, including the price of the plane ticket. Please contact us for details.

 

• Please refer to the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for valid travel information for Indonesia.
  We also keep you informed during the booking process and during your trip.

• Mandalika International race circuit & Tours:
  In the event that the tickets have been booked through us and a race is canceled or postponed, we follow the rules of the organizer.
  We will refund the entrance fees as soon as the organizer has paid us. 
  
  For tours in connection with the event, the above tour conditions apply.
  Hotel reservations are an exception. In Kuta it is difficult to book these for the event weekend due to low availability of hotels. We follow the refund policy of the hotels.
